Simple, quick dough recipe with Clean-Out-the-Fridge toppings of cheese, greens, vegetables, protein, sea salt, olive oil, and maybe some balsamic. I did have to buy the cheese.

This makes one pizza, deep dish style, or divide it into two for a thinner crust.

Ingredients

Adjust Servings
19.2 oz Caputo Flour
1 Instant Yeast Packet
10.4 oz Warm Water
0.16 oz Salt
0.32 oz Honey

4 oz Prosciutto, cut into 2'' pieces
12 oz Mozzarella Cheese, Sliced
4 Large Cherry Tomatoes, quartered
1/2 Medium Sweet Onion, sliced into strips
6 (or more) Olives of choice, cut in half
14 oz Pureed Tomatoes (preferably San Marzano)

Directions

1.
Make the Dough

Mix the Yeast and Warm Water in a mixing bowl that will attach to a mixer. Stir in the honey, olive oil, salt. Add 3/4 of the flour and and mix with the dough hook for one minute. Add the remaining flour a little at a time until all incorporated into he dough ball (2-5 minutes). Move the dough ball to a greased bowl, cover with a clean dish towel and Proof in a warm spot in your house for an hour. Heat your oven to 500 degrees with the pizza stone inside.
