Ep. 52 – A Season of Hope

Ep. 52 – A Season of Hope

On this episode we are grateful to have Fr Anthony Marshall.  Fr Anthony is the administrator for the Communion of Saints Parish in northeast Ohio.  He is a graduate of John Carroll University and Borromeo Seminary.  He has a Masters of Divinity and a Master of Arts in Theology.  Fr Anthony’s responsibilities include two church campuses, St Ann’s in Cleveland Hts, OH and St Philomena in East Cleveland, OH.

This podcast has spent many episodes discussing healthy foods, exercise, and mindfulness.  But longevity, or healthspan, needs more.  So the focus of today’s conversation, especially given that the holiday season is upon us, will be on Hope, Community, and Gratitude.

As you’ve heard me mention on past episodes, I am working with Fr Anthony and the Cleveland Catholic Diocese to bring the new Bishop Pilla Center to East Cleveland. This Center, with a focus on families, children, and health, will also have education and services to facilitate Hope, Community, and Gratitude.
