On this episode we are grateful to have Corbett Nash from the Monterey Bay Aquarium and Sharon Palmer from Food + Plant. Corbett is an advocate for sustainable fisheries and aquaculture with the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch program. Previously, he steered the communications strategy and delivery on large international initiatives around climate change, Nature-based Solutions, restoration, and natural resource governance. Sharon is an award-winning writer, blogger, author, speaker, and professor. Sharon’s expertise is in plant-based nutrition, cooking, and sustainability. Sharon has authored over 1000 articles in the LA Times, Oprah, Better Homes and Gardens, and many others. She has written several books and is co-founder of the non-profit organization Food + Planet.
