Ep. 24 – You Could Fix the World while Eating a Home Cooked Meal

On this episode we are grateful to have Parker Bosley. Parker is one of the most important and passionate advocates for local food and local agriculture in the Midwest. He was the founder, co-owner and chef at Parker’s New American Bistro in Ohio City. While there, the bistro was twice recognized by Gourmet magazine as one of America’s 50 best restaurants, and uniquely singled out by Ruth Reichl, the former editor of Gourmet magazine and ex-New York Times restaurant critic, as the restaurant she would most like to take her mother to if they were traveling across the United States.
