On this episode we are grateful to have Melissa FitzGerald. In episodes up until now, we’ve focused mostly on Food. But while food has a major impact on health and longevity, with Melissa’s insights, we’ll discuss how mindfulness and well being also impact our health and longevity. Melissa is a former D1 college athlete who was fascinated with sports psychology, leading to a Masters in Education and Sports Sciences. After 20 years of coaching varsity athletes, Melissa became a certified Yoga instructor and teaches at Solon High School and Ashland University. She also founded MY Ed. LLC.
