Ep. 15 – Working Together to Feed People, Not Landfills

On this episode we are grateful to have Nathan Rutz. Nathan is the Director of Soil for Rust Belt Riders. He is a graduate of Wabash College where he studied philosophy, chemistry, physics, and biology, and he is a certified Compost Operations Manager, licensed by the US Composting Council. On our previous episodes we have talked a lot about the food we eat and its effect on our health and longevity. But the food we eat begins with the soil that its grown in. So on this episode we’ll explore Nathan’s thoughts on our soil, and how it affects the food we eat.
